做法：
1、梨洗净后，在梨的上1/4处横着切开，上部分做盖，将梨核挖去，待用。
2、将川贝捣成粉末，放入梨核部位，加冰糖，盖上梨盖。
3、将川贝梨放入蒸锅，武火蒸1小时，取出后汤汁和川贝梨均可食用。
功效：清热化痰，生津止咳。适用于干咳、燥咳、阴虚咳嗽者；寒咳、脾虚和糖尿病不宜食用。
