1,木耳提前一小时冷水泡发
2,木耳,虫草花洗净,香菜切段,蒜子切末
3,锅里水烧开

5,锅里重新烧水,放入木耳焯熟。 捞起放凉
6,白芝麻小火炒至微黄

9,倒入放凉的木耳虫草花里拌匀即可
10,根据个人口味也可再加入陈醋或辣椒酱。
