荷叶梅菜芯蒸芥蓝
做法
- 甜梅菜浸泡30分钟，洗净切成小粒。
- 干荷叶洗净，放入沸水中煮约5分钟至变软。
- 芥兰去掉尾端较老的部分，削皮；摆放在干荷叶上排好。
- 将甜梅菜粒放入干锅中炒香，加入生抽和砂糖调味，放在芥兰上，用干荷叶包好，再用鲜荷叶包紧，放入蒸笼中蒸8分钟。
- 打开荷叶，铺上姜丝和葱花，淋上热油即可。
