一、姜葱炒脆皖鱼片的做法
1，脆皖鱼片用酱油，盐，鸡粉，料酒，生粉腌制十五分钟
2，葱切段，姜切片，尖椒切丝备用
3，平底锅热锅放油，下去姜片葱白扁香，下去尖椒丝，脆皖鱼片翻炒，快熟时加入葱青，翻炒至熟透即可！
二、番茄脆肉皖鱼汤做法
1，脆肉皖 300克、番茄3个、牛肉丸 3-5颗 、 姜片、盐适量
2，番茄切小块，锅里加水，将番茄+姜片+牛肉丸放入锅中，煮约20分钟
3，番茄煮得半融化的状态，汤水浓稠了，加入脆肉皖片煮约5分钟，加盐调味，即可起锅。
小贴士：番茄一定要煮得够烂，味道才能融在汤里哟
