食用方法：

- 加入少量的水搅拌调至成无核稀糊状。
- 再加水至足量(每10g粉可加水250-300ml)搅拌均匀，加热煮沸保持至少五分钟。
- 待冷却后加入蜂蜜或糖浆即可食用；或冷却后搅碎，随喜好加入其它饮料泥合后食用。
